Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days after receiving your order.

  1. Click on self-serve returns and you will be redirected to the account page. Enter the email address you have used to make the purchase. And you will receive a code to login. In the account page click on the request return button. And follow next steps.

  2. To be eligible for a return. Your item[s] must be in the same condition as when you received them. Unworn or unused with tags. And in their original packaging.
  3. Note that you are responsible for providing your own return label at your expense and with the courier of your choice.
  4. Pack the items in the order box. Complete the printed return form included in your order. And attach the return label on the box over the prior delivery information.
  5. Drop off your package at a nearby service point. Please send your return to the address provided by us.
  6. After collecting and inspecting the item. You will receive a notification email that a refund for your order [excluding shipping costs] has been processed.

Refund of shipping costs

If you withdraw from your complete order. FMC shall reimburse all payments received from you. Including the costs of initial shipping in addition to the purchase price. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Use the same parcel from your order.

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Or if you received the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To exchange an item for a different size kindly proceed with returning your order and initiate a new order. Feel free to contact us for assistance. Note that specifying an exchange on the return form is not an available option. A new order must be placed for exchanges to be processed.

We aim to process returns as soon as they arrive. However. Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed. From the time that we have received them in the warehouse. We will inform you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, providing details on the approval status. Upon approval. The refund will be promptly processed back to your original payment method.

Note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of a FMC error.
